Returns for wall plates are accepted withing 30 days of customer receipt. Wall plates must be in the original undamaged packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. You are free to use whichever shipping method you prefer but we suggest shipping in a trackable manner such as UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service with delivery confirmation.
- All returns must include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation e-mail
- All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be in their original (unopened) packaging within 30 days of receipt.
- Shipping is not refunded.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Damaged items will only be replaced with identical items.
- Credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt of return.
